Party of Regions Gave Verkhovna Rada Presidential Powers

Faction of Party of the Regions has prepared legislation “On making alterations to the Constitution of Ukraine”. It provides for the status of Ukraine out of blocks and impossibility to station military bases of other countries on the territory of Ukraine.
