For one morning, I was part of a race team. As the No. 12 Luczo-Dragon Racing team prepared its Dallara/Honda for Friday's IndyCar Series morning practice, I witnessed the weekend ritual up close and personal. The partial-season race team is owned by Steve Luczo and Jay Penske, a Michigan native and son of Roger Penske.
