According to the pre-trial investigation held by the Prosecutor General Office, a MP from the BYuT Viktor Lozynsky, the Holovanivka district (Kyrovohrad Region) prosecutor Evheny Horbenko and Holovanivka militia district department chief Mikhail Kovalsky inflicted severe bodily damages willfully to Valery Oleynyck leading to his death.
