Soloist Evelyn Glennie hits the 'Strike Zone' with DSO

The Detroit Symphony Orchestra's main event this weekend is Joan Tower's "Strike Zone," a 2001 percussion concerto written for the charismatic star Evelyn Glennie, who is on hand to perform it with guest conductor Ludovic Morlot on the podium.
