VPSI Inc. of Troy is buying them like crazy, having grown its fleet of vehicles for vanpools across the nation to 4,553 as of this week, up 16% from 3,925 at the start of the year. "I love the problem of growing too fast," Jeff Henning, president and CEO of VPSI, told me Thursday.
