The court prohibited CEC from registration of the substitution for Rybakov

The Odesa regional administrative court suspended the decision of the inter-party congress of the bloc of Yulia Tymoshenko about the preterm cessation of duties of people’s deputy Ihor Rybakov (BYuT) until the action is considered by court.
