KYIV — The Supreme Council of Ukraine passed the Law “On Making Alterations to the Criminal Code of Ukraine” (regarding the increase of responsibility for the crimes committed out of motives of racial, national, or religious intolerance), reported the web site of the Supreme Council on November 5, 2009.
