Virgin Vanco Prykerchenska Denies Its Appeal To Stockholm's Arbitration Tribunal

"By July 9, 2008 the Vanco Prykerchenska company had not established an arbitration procedure at the Arbitral Institute of Stockholm's Chamber of Commerce because it received an official letter from Yevhen Korniichuk, First Deputy Justice Minister, on July 5, 2008 requesting to prolong a 60-day term for prearbitration consultations, the press-service announced.
