Yahoo rejects joint Microsoft, Icahn proposal

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Yahoo Inc said on Saturday it has rejected a joint proposal from Microsoft Corp and activist investor Carl Icahn that would have involved Yahoo selling its search business to Microsoft.
