Graham Rahal doesn't remember his father's historic win at Belle Isle in 1992, the first year CART raced there. After all, Graham was just 3 years old. Bobby Rahal ran on the island through 1998 and was accompanied by his son on plenty of trips. But as kids do, Graham preferred to get into mischief than watch the races.

U.S. District Judge Robert Cleland in Detroit issued an order Friday allowing creation of the Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association, or VEBA.
