Metaldyne Corp., an Asahi Tec company, said Thursday it would further restructure its headquarters operations in Plymouth. The company said it would eliminate a separate leased facility, which housed its North American chassis products business unit, and consolidate that operation into another Metaldyne building in Plymouth. The move is expected to be completed by mid-2009.

The committee addresses the administration, organization and operation of the U.S. courts. Its members include federal judges from the Eastern and Western judicial districts of Michigan.
