eBay to appeal French court ruling in LVMH dispute

PARIS (Reuters) - eBay said on Monday it will appeal a ruling by a French court ordering it to pay 38.6 million euros (30.6 million pounds) in compensation to luxury goods group LVMH for allowing the sale of counterfeit goods on its online auction site.
