Filed under: Handsets, Samsung, Bell Mobility, EV-DO, CDMA Hey Canadians: looking for a quick, easy, cheap (well, sort of cheap) way to show some national pride? We think we've got just the ticket, and so does Bell. Turns out they'll be launching the m530 music flip with Canadian Olympic Team branding next month for $99.95 CAD (about $99) on a three-year plan or $299.95 CAD (about $298) prepaid. You're not going to blow anyone away with the features, though -- unless your friends and family are blown away by barn-burners like 1.3 megapixel cameras, stereo Bluetooth, and somewhat unattractive external music controls.[Via Mobile In Canada]Read | Permalink | Email this | Comments

Filed under: Handsets, HTC, Sprint, Windows Mobile, EV-DO, CDMA Right, so it's not like we didn't know a CDMA version of HTC's hotly anticipated Touch Diamond was headed to Sprint, but who can honestly argue with in the wild photos proving that said assumption is true? What we have here is a bona fide Diamond in Sprint garb, although eagle-eyed readers will likely notice the mildly tweaked TouchFLO interface (which reeks of Bold there at the bottom, no?). At any rate, you can peek one more (blurry, of course) image of this bugger in the read link.Read | Permalink | Email this | Comments

Filed under: Handsets, Motorola, GSM Unlike the Sony Ericsson series of the same letter, Motorola's "W" line doesn't really stand for anything special -- it's basically a catch-all for the company's low-end fare. On that note, we've got a W265 hitting the FCC here with an endless apettite for boring us to tears, though the presence of both GSM 850 and 1900 means we'll be able to bring that boredom straight to US shores if we should so choose. There's also an FM radio in there somewhere, but that's pretty much where the feature list comes to a grinding halt. Make it free, Motorola -- not on contract -- and we'll take two.Read | Permalink | Email this | Comments
