ADA wins managed services contract with MGM Advantage

ADA Technology Services will provide managed services, including disaster recovery, data communications and support, to 156-year-old financial services company MGM Advantage, under a GBP1m contract signed by the two companies. |
David Rabson, CEO of ADA, said: "We have worked in partnership with MGM Advantage for several years. We are delighted to be delivering a managed service contract to bring them IT certainty through their next phase of business development."
Under its managed services, ADA offers Outsourcing and Co-sourcing of IT services, Hosted Infrastructures and Proactive Systems Management, to its clients. The Outsourcing service incorporates all components of a traditional outsourcing arrangement, while co-sourcing integrates ADA's services and expertise with the existing in-house resources of its clients.
ADA's Hosted Infrastructure includes WAN connection, load balancing, hosted disaster recovery, Internet services and 24/7 monitoring.
Under Proactive Systems Management, ADA owns and manages critical and complex technologies of clients, such as security, remote access and WAN acceleration. A proactive systems management platform attached to the client's network reports on and provides automatic alerts about the system.

ADA Technology Services, which was formerly called ADA Computer Systems, also provides managed services to online e-marketing services provider Communigator and Magus Research.
