PDF appoints new chief administration officer 15th July 2008 By Staff writer PDF Solutions, a provider of yield improvement technologies and services, has announced the appointment of Joy Leo as its chief administration officer.

In her new role, Ms Leo will report to PDF Solutions' president and CEO, John Kibarian, and assume direct responsibility for all activities related to the company's global administration function, including legal, human resources, information technology, investor relations, and finance. PDF Solutions' chief financial officer Keith Jones will continue in his role and will report to the CAO.

Ms Leo has 25-years of financial and corporate management experience with electronics companies. Prior to joining PDF Solutions, Ms Leo was senior vice president, CFO and secretary for Credence Systems.

Ms Leo served as vice president of finance and administration, CFO and secretary for Artisan. She also served as vice president of finance and administration and CFO for IMP.

Ms Leo served as a vice president of finance, operations and administration at Innomedia; and vice president and CFO for Philips Components.
