Barat: Ronson isn't returning my calls

Carl Barat's planned collaboration with Mark Ronson is in doubt because he cannot reach the producer, he has claimed.

"I wanna do a track with him for this film about northern soul music," the Dirty Pretty Things star told BBC 6 Music. "[But] I can't get hold of him. Maybe he is ignoring me, I don’t know."

Barat also revealed that he is making a dub reggae record with Jon McClure from Reverend And The Makers.

"[We're going] to see how it goes, and if it's no good then well just leave it," he said. "It's just something I want to do and something he wants to do."
